Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Sports, deep tissue, and other therapeutic techniques based on client goals and preferences.
• Consult with each client before sessions to understand their concerns, health history, and desired outcomes.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans that address pain, stress, mobility, and relaxation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment space that reflects our standards of care.
• Document client sessions accurately and keep records confidential and up to date.
• Communicate clearly with clients about self-care and follow-up recommendations.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team atmosphere where every Massage Therapist is encouraged to succeed.

Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified Massage Therapist who meets the following requirements:

• Current license or certification to practice massage therapy in South Dakota, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and a range of massage techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and professional manner.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to client confidentiality.
• Physical stamina to perform massage sessions throughout the workday.
