The Duke Center for Living at Fearrington is accepting applications for a Massage Therapist (Contractor). The Duke Center for Living is a medically based wellness facility set within the upscale retirement community of Galloway Ridge in Chatham County. We are seeking a NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist with skills in multiple modalities of therapeutic massage. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, experience working with a senior population, and experience educating the general public about the benefits of massage therapy.  They will assist in promoting the Duke Center for Living at Fearrington Therapeutic Massage program within the center and Galloway Ridge as needed to grow and sustain the program.  Responsible for additional request of leadership to develop this program and serve our members, residents and guests as recommended.   

Current availability for: Mondays 8am-7:30pm, Wednesdays 430p,-730pm, Saturday and Sundays 8:30am-3:30pm.

Requirements

• North Carolina Massage and Bodywork License.
• Experience with the senior population and other special populations.
• CPR/AED certified within three months of hire.
• Three or more years of experience in therapeutic massage.
• Additional modalities of therapeutic massage preferred.
