GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Auto Mechanic to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in automotive repair and maintenance to ensure that our customers' vehicles operate at peak performance. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including engine performance, brake systems, and electrical components.
• Perform preventative maintenance services to ensure the safety and longevity of vehicles.
• Stay updated on new automotive technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge service.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while executing workshop tasks.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and supplies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional auto mechanic.
• Able to demonstrate expertise through ASE Master Certification or equivalent.
• Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of modern automotive systems.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
