Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability assessments, and complex repairs following OEM standards


• Handle major engines, transmission, electrical. and hybrid/EV repairs (if certified)


• Solve difficult or unusual diagnostic cases assigned by shop foreman/service director


• Complete warranty, customer-pay, and recall work with precision and efficiency


• Utilize factory scan tools, software updates, and OEM troubleshooting requirements


• Document all repairs clearly, following dealership and manufacturer requirements


• Mentor entry-level and mid-level technicians


• Maintain an organized, safe, and professional work area

Qualifications

•  


• ASE Master Level Certifications are a plus


• Dealership or high-level shop experience


• Expertise in advanced electrical, hybrid, and emerging vehicle technologies


• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills


• Valid driver’s license with a clean record


• Must be able to pass a background check


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Professional attitude and commitment to continuous learning
