Master Data Administrator - Functional Business

A key Optimus client is seeking a Functional Business Master Data Administrator to support their growing business. As the Master Data Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the SAP vendor and customer master data and ensure compliance with company policies and practices. This is a contract role and is in the office 4 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure data integrity and processing accuracy in the organization's network database.
Adhere to master data governance policies and procedures.
Review and validate incoming customer requests for completeness and accuracy.
Develop and maintain data quality control procedures and process improvements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Assist in managing risk factors and support audit activities.
Identify opportunities for enhancing data accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.
Manage vendor data cleansing initiatives and support vendor management tasks.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in SAP ERP Vendor and/or Customer Master Data Maintenance required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Punctuality, flexibility, and a sense of urgency.
Experience in process improvement methodologies.
SAP Master Data Governance or MDM certification is a plus.
