Summary:
Due to recent acquisitions we are adding a Master Data Analyst position. Reporting into the A/P Manager, this position will be responsible for setting up customers and suppliers for over 400 locations. In addition, master data changes, deactivations, reporting and supporting Accounts Receivable and Payable projects.
Responsibilities
To be successful, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and abilities required.
- Following document workflow and work instructions, the Master Data Analyst must be able to review, validate and set up customer and supplier masters timely and accurately.
- Work with assigned partner(s) to process tickets and emails as needed.
- Review, research and resolve Supplier/Customer Master issues.
- Communicate daily with locations and Shared Services.
- Participate and collaborate in team meetings .
- Review and contact suppliers concerning outstanding credit balances.
- Work with manager on special projects including auditing/editing work instructions, testing, and facilitating creation of training materials
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent education required; Associates degree in Accounting preferred
- 5+ years of prior Accounts Payable and/or Accounts receivable experience
- Strong work ethic; commitment to quality and detail
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- JDE experience preferred
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
