Master Electrician (Data Center)

Construction Manager – Louisa, VA ($100k-125k)

Overview:
Immediate need for a Master Electrician/ Construction Manager with strong electrical background  for new Data Center, with 7+ years in large-scale commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical construction work to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and submittals
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety standards
• Provide technical guidance on electrical systems and installation
• Manage subcontractors and support project scheduling and progress tracking
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and inspection records

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience (large commercial projects)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (10+ years)
• Certifications such as PMP or CCM (preferred)
• Data center or mission-critical project experience (preferred)
