Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No on-call, evening, or weekend work required

What You’ll Be Doing

Install and service advanced smart plumbing products such as Flo by Moen, Phyn, Flume, Leak Defense, FloLogic, and more

Guide homeowners through how these devices work to prevent leaks, reduce damage, and conserve water

Perform light plumbing repairs and installations—valves, fixtures, small appliances, etc.

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively

Mentor and support junior techs and field staff as needed

Represent our brand with professionalism and customer-first service

What We’re Looking For

Active Master Plumber License in the State of New Jersey

5+ Years of Residential Plumbing Experience

Knowledge of or willingness to learn smart water technologies

Comfortable with Wi-Fi setup, smart device integration, and light tech troubleshooting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening

Positive, dependable, and proactive attitude
