About the Role:

Join our team as a Master Plumber and help us establish a new plumbing division! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled plumber to lead and innovate in a growing company dedicated to exceptional customer service and quality work.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and launch of the new plumbing division.

Oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services.

Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

Train and mentor junior plumbing staff to uphold quality standards.

Manage customer interactions and provide exceptional service.

Conduct inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.

Develop and implement plumbing service plans and pricing strategies.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

Valid Texas Master Plumber license is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a team.

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality.

Experience in leading or starting a division is a plus.

Willingness to adapt and grow with the company.
