Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber with strong residential experience to lead and help grow our field operations. This is a key role within the company, offering the opportunity to influence processes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of a high-performing plumbing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential plumbing installations, service, and repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead and oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines and materials
- Assist with permitting and inspections as required by the city/state
- Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices as the team grows
- Work closely with leadership to develop operational processes and best practices
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions
- Represent the company professionally on every job site and with every client interaction
Requirements:
- Active Master Plumber License in Kentucky (required)
- Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills across a variety of plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
