Develop and manage production schedules for finished goods and sub-assemblies, ensuring alignment with demand, capacity, and business priorities. Monitor and resolve supply-demand imbalances, adjust capacity and product mix, and drive corrective actions to maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD). Maintain data integrity in planning systems, update parameters, and ensure accurate forecasting for units, dollars, and lead times. Optimize inventory and product lifecycle, including phase-in/phase-out decisions, to minimize obsolescence and support new launches. Communicate and collaborate across functions and with customers to manage order status, resolve issues, and improve end-to-end supply chain performance. Lead and develop team members, supporting hiring, training, performance evaluations, and personnel decisions. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or a combination of those functions Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution Experience in Supply chain, specifically within planning and scheduling within manufacturing experience Experience with Lean Planning Concepts Experience with MRP/ERP systems Proficient in MS Excel, Advanced knowledge required APICS Certification
