Master Scheduler

Master/Production Scheduler (Manufacturing) – Onsite | 4-Day Work Week

Seeking a highly driven Master Scheduler to take full ownership of production scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a critical role responsible for coordinating all production activity, optimizing workflow, and ensuring on-time delivery across a high-mix operation.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, constantly changing environment and enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the master production schedule across all departments


• Develop daily and weekly schedules, including detailed “plan of the day” execution


• Prioritize jobs based on due dates, material availability, and shop capacity


• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in real time to address delays and bottlenecks


• Partner with purchasing, production, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment and feasibility


• Track backlog, overdue orders, and capacity to maintain on-time delivery


• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues impacting production flow


• Maintain accurate data within the ERP system and serve as the go-to resource for scheduling visibility


• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and production flow

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations


• Strong proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making


• Experience working within an ERP system (any platform)


• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


• Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal structure


• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments

Work Environment & Schedule

• Onsite role (Little Falls, MN area)


• 4-day work week: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM


• Overtime available (Fridays/Saturdays optional)
