Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) under guidance.
Support multi-site master planning activities, ensuring alignment of schedules, materials, and priorities across location.
Analyze demand forecasts and customer orders to support planning decisions.
Monitor schedule adherence and escalate risks or gaps.
Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure material availability.
Track and report KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory levels, etc.).
Support S&OP/S&OE processes through data preparation and analysis.
Assist with inventory management, including safety stock and excess reduction.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote collaboration, alignment, and problem-solving by identifying priorities, flagging obstacles and impacts, supporting countermeasures, and following up on progress.
Qualifications (Education & Work Experience):
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing/supply planning or 4-year degree in Supply Chain management, or related field with 2+ years of planning experience.
Experience using production planning methods and workflows.
Exposure to master production scheduling and level loading concepts.
Experience supporting inventory control methods and reporting metrics.
Ability to perform basic what-if analysis.
Ability to review multiple data points to draw conclusions and support decisions.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP/S&OP/S&OE systems and planning processes.
Strong mathematical aptitude and spreadsheet skills.
Strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and self-motivation.
Ability to think logically and communicate clearly.
Effective interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
