Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Integrated Schedule Analyst to support the HEFP SEP program. The Senior Integrated Schedule Analyst will primarily be responsible for Schedule Integration, Management, and Oversight across the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize existing HEFP SEP schedule report sources and milestone tracking tools.
- Provide VHA-wide oversight and variance tracking of schedule performance across all deployment sites.
- Work with the Senior Deployment Manager and VISN Deployment Managers to provide oversight and tracking of Comprehensive Milestone Status Reports, Project Tracking Reports, and VISN Touchpoint Tracker.
- Identify and summarize variances to communicate to HEFP SEP.
- Support the development of Program level plans, guidelines, and reports.
- Collaborate with leadership, track updates, and deconflict where needed.
- Manage a Master Schedule, ensuring traceability of all milestones including task orders and sub-level task orders within the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with key stakeholders across various program workflows to gather schedule data, including discrete events, outlining dependencies among events and schedule.
- Analyze data for schedule and critical path impact to the program.
- Develop and support executive reporting as needed.
- Use risk reports to provide oversight of risk and coordinate with HEFP SEP, Integration Engineers, and VISN Deployment Managers to identify risk mitigation and close risks/issues.
- Data entry, as required, to build and maintain HEFP SEP reporting tools.
- Provide executive summaries using HEFP SEP reports and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in schedule integration, management, and oversight.
- Proficiency in schedule management tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data for schedule and critical path impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.
