Match Support Specialist

This is a professional case management position. This role focuses on the supervision of mentoring relationships between volunteers and children. This role requires the case manager to provide support and plan outcomes for mentoring relationships. This role works closely with youth, families, and volunteers. This professional position maintains adherence to agency and national service delivery procedures. Requires Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree + 2 years relevant experience, or 4+ years relevant experience.

Successful candidates will have the availability to meet youth, families, and volunteers. Successful candidates will have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
