Responsible for auditing the Master Production Schedule (Heijunka Board) to ensure material is available to support the build and pack schedule. Your responsibilities will include Assist in managing inventory during phase-in/phase-out transitions to minimize operational disruptions Perform cycle counting to resolve material related inventory discrepancies as needed Assist in resolving purchase order receipt delays by coordinating with Receiving and Material Planning Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Mgt., Supply Chain, or related field, or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment with concentration on material flow, production assembly, and/or raw material warehousing and deployment Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Planning concepts and application. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel and Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization. Lifting of 30 pounds overhead occasionally. Familiarity with Lean concepts such as Pull Planning, Kanban, and Heijunka a plus
