Material Coordinator

ATI has a current need for a full-time Material Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Access scheduling system to print reports and daily activity schedules;


• Prepare supply lists for each day’s training courses;


• Create class reports;


• Taking daily ammo inventory and monthly total inventory;


• Manage weapons transfers;


• Assisting the front office with checking in and out instructors;


• Assisting the stock clerk team when necessary;


• Keep the office area tidy and maintain office supplies; and


• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Three (3) years of experience in an office setting;


• Candidates must be US Citizens with clearance eligibility, the ability to pass a background check/drug screen, and a clean driving record;


• Effective communication, listening, and customer service skills;


• Excellent organization skills;


• Computer Skills – understanding of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel spread sheets; and


• Work experience handling firearms and/or hazardous waste training are big pluses.

Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
