Material Handler

The Material Handler is responsible for the production and distribution of product by pulling orders (boxes may weigh up to 50 lbs.) from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, staging finished product, and picking, packing and scanning orders. 

• Maintain inventory identifiable by labeling and placing material and supplies in stock and must be able to record keep location of inventory
• Locate material and supplies by pulling and verifying material and supplies list on production order
• Must be accountable for material/supplies distribution and be able to track material locations
• Operate pallet jack and stand up/sit down forklift. (needs to be certified)
• Load and unload materials and merchandise from trucks (boxes may way up to 60 lbs)
• Positive attitude - have a positive can-do attitude every day.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to multitask

• Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form is required
• Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions
