You'll play a key role in packaging, moving, and prepping inventory that keeps operations running smoothly.

The Material Handler is responsible for packaging finished pallets, transporting materials within the facility using pallet jacks or forklifts, and ensuring efficient movement of inbound and outbound inventory. You'll also assist with the breakdown and sorting of materials and help keep the work area clean and safe.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Package and prepare pallets for outbound shipments

• Load and unload packages, trucks, and parcel shipments

• Break down and sort incoming materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)

• Operate pallet jacks safely to move materials

• Wrap and strap pallets for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Perform data entry into a custom ERP system

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Support team members as needed and perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is a plus

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or forklift operation required

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Able to lift 30-50 lbs frequently

• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
