Material Handler

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for an Material Handler.  This position will be responsible for pulling, packaging and loading all orders.  Equipment used on a daily basis includes sit down lift, Combi lift, stock picker, turret stock picker, spotter truck with 48-53’ trailer.  The size and weight of material handled is often over length and fragile. This will be a 1st shift position; Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm. 

What you will be doing:

• Accurately pull and stage all orders


• Safely drive forklift to pull and load orders


• Use truck and trailer to move material throughout the campus


• Learn how to operate all equipment used in department

The skills and experience you need:

Education:

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED.

  
  

Experience:

• 
  

  Proven work experience in a manufacturing and warehousing environment

  
  

Other:

• 
  

  Class A CDL is a plus
