Material Handler –  (Shift 2B)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Material Handler to support our colorant operations. This role is responsible for managing colorant inventory, maintaining accurate material locations, preparing barrel mixes, and ensuring work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods are properly identified and tracked. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix colorant barrels according to production requirements.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe colorant work area.
  


• Maintain accurate material locations for colorant and foil inventory, completing Location Change Forms when required.


• Verify that all barrels and gaylords are properly labeled with accurate mix identification tags to support product disposition.


• Disposition Work-in-Process (WIP) and Finished Goods as products leave the press.


• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.


• Forklift experience or certification is preferred (or willingness to become certified).


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.


• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift Schedule – Shift 2B

• Thursday Night: 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM


• Friday – Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
