Purpose & Scope: This role will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and transporting materials for injection molding machines in accordance with the schedule while also maintaining inventory levels necessary for seamless production.

Requirements

 · Reviewing production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine the type and quantity of materials required

· Utilizing the bill of materials (BOMs) to determine mix ratios and amounts required for upcoming jobs

· Creating mixes per job specifications and properly staging material to support production flow

· Reviewing drying times and melt temperatures for resins

· Utilizing a forklift to transfer materials from stock area to production floor

· Receiving, weighing, documenting, labeling, distributing, and storing materials

Updating inventory levels (plastics, concentrates, inserts, packaging, etc.) in IQMS (ERP) system
