Material Handler I

Description

• Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to pick and pack materials for internal and external use.
• Verify, stock and distribute incoming materials.
• Perform daily activity of cycle counting.
• Complete and distribute paperwork to related departments and maintain accurate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• A team player, enjoys solving problems and implementing solutions.
• A lifelong learner with a passion for continuous improvement. 

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Computer skills on MS Office and PeopleSoft.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack and hand tools as required for handling of material.
