Material Handler III

Our client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for a “Material
Handler III” based in Milpitas, CA.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $24.50/hr on W2

Work Schedule: Day Shift, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM; overtime may extend the
workday
Interview: Onsite, 30–45 minutes

Job Summary

Support shipping and logistics operations through high-volume data
entry, inventory transactions, shipment coordination, and cross-functional
communication. This role combines computer-based administrative work with
warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process shipping,
  inventory, and logistics transactions accurately.
  
• Maintain shipping
  schedules, inventory records, and logistics documentation.
  
• Perform
  high-volume data entry using Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
  
• Coordinate with
  warehouse teams and other departments to ensure timely shipments.
  
• Support warehouse
  and shipping operations as needed.
  
• Accommodate
  overtime, quarter-end workload spikes, and occasional weekend work.
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of
  shipping/logistics experience preferred.
  
• Strong data-entry
  accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  
• Strong
  communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work in
  a warehouse/shipping environment.
  
• Flexibility to
  work extended hours and occasional weekends.
  

Preferred: SAP experience, inventory transactions,
shipping schedules, and logistics documentation.
