The Material Handler Lead will oversee and guide a unified team to achieve collective goals. The primary responsibilities include fostering teamwork, addressing and solving challenges collaboratively, and supporting team members in reaching objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
Safety- Ensure that all team members adhere to established safety practices and procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
Quality- Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations for products and services by implementing and following procedures that achieve all quality goals.
High Involvement- Demonstrate ownership in Rope Assembly activities by setting clear expectations, managing resources and providing coaching. Foster teamwork and high performance without removing team members’ responsibilities.
Continuous Improvement- Cultivate an environment where team members actively seek and implement improvements in processes, products, and their own skills.
Open Communication- Create an environment where all relevant information is transparently shared to facilitate effective business operations.
Trust- Foster a positive work environment by encouraging the open exchange of ideas and feelings, while maintaining respect and self-esteem among team members.
