Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Accurately move materials to designated areas within the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Ensure all materials are stored safely and comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support operational excellence and safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification a plus).
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking are advantageous.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site), 5 days a week.

Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $21.00-$24.00/hour, plus incentives. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
