Material Handler

- Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Work with a leader in oil services who provides inflatable packers to the oil and gas industry. Our client is an independent oilfield services company providing inflatable packers, swellable packers, and associated downhole products and services to the oil and gas industry seeking a Material Handler to join their team.
As a Material Handler you will load, unload, and move materials within or near plant, yard, or work site.
Your New Role:
- Safely operate forklifts to move material onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
- Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on a daily production sheet
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
- Lift heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators
- Set-up and operation of saw to produce accurate cuttings of tubular steel, per verbal instructions or by reading engineering drawings or blueprints
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate a forklift and pass a forklift certification class
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints
- Receiving experience a plus
- Combilift experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
