Material Handler/Transfer Truck Driver

Position Summary:

Transfers merchandise between our Main plant and distribution center in a manner that will optimize business savings, improve efficiencies, help achieve the business’ mission and goals and ultimately result in outstanding customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities: (other duties as assigned)

• Safely deliver product to and from specified locations (approx. 40% of time)
• Maintain accuracy of all documentation
• Obey all traffic laws at all times
• Drive Forklift (approx. 60% of time)
• Develop and maintain an organized and efficient loading and unloading system
• Properly load and unload materials
• Move of raw and finished goods as necessary
• Follow all company and regulatory agency safety policies
• Monitor Safety and Maintenance of equipment at all times

Qualifications:

• Safe Driving Record
• 2-3 years truck driving experience preferred. CDL not required.
• 2-3 years forklift experience preferred.
• Attention to Detail

Physical / Mental Demands:

• Lift 75lbs.
• Be able to bend, twist, and lift

Working Environment:

• Production Floor and Warehouse
