• Procurement planning
• Planning & procurement of material for production considering quantities, deadlines and inventories.
• Tracking of order transmissions and deliveries.
• Coordination of special actions in cooperation with suppliers, customer planners, production control and incoming area.
• Contact person for purchasing and external & internal suppliers.
• Material allocation in bottleneck situations.
• Creation and maintenance of material master data in the system.
• Monitoring of suppliers delivery performance.
• Ramp up/Ramp down coordination and change management
• Coordination of ramp up/ramp down with customer, production, supplier and internal affected departments, considering material availability and inventories.
• Maintenance of material master data (creation, change, ban of material).

• VI - VII level of degree in field of logistics, management or related field.
• Knowledge of logistic processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude to initiate improvements
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office
• English language fluency, both written and spoken
