Lab Materials Coordinator completes materials system setup ahead of component launch including trial build readiness.
Position Responsibilities may include:
Track new components required for product launches and running design changes to ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
Add planner code and other setup codes for material planning and supply chain visibility.
Complete pick class setup for material operations.
Confirm FAI (first article inspection) completion to ensure no changes to the component setup.
Publishes active deviation for trial build report.
Monitor finished goods production schedule for upcoming trial builds and identify unique or new components.
Attend project-related meetings including manufacturing readiness reviews, trial readiness, and stage gate meetings.
Escalate found issues to management.
Update monthly metrics.
Complete other tasks or projects as assigned by reporting management.

Knowledge & Skills:
Analytical with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong organizational, follow-up and time management skills including priority setting.
Good problem-solving techniques.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Proficiency with Bill of Materials (BoM) and engineering drawings.
Proficiency with AS400 a plus.
Experience:
1 - 3 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Experience within manufacturing materials and MRP (material requirements planning) system preferred
Experience with HVAC a plus

It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crawl, or crouch.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
