Materials Floater

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Materials Floter to join our team in Louisville, United States. In this dynamic role, you will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment across multiple locations within our organization, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials.

Responsibilities: 

1. Cover ALL Positions in Materials 

1. Team Lead(s) 

1. Clerks 

1. Picking 

1. Ability to cross-train and meet CYCLE TIME in multiple areas. 

1. Adhere to MBCI processes and procedures. 

1. Adhere to MBCI Safety Policies. 

1. Able to communicate clear direction to team members.  

1. Assist with new Hires training per SOS’s. 

1. Assist in Daily Process and Quality Audits  

1. Assist in setting and driving the pace to push the Team to meet goals  

1. Responsible for following safety processes and procedures. 

1. Responsible for following quality standards and procedures. 

1. Record and dispose of scrap 

1. Other as assigned 

Requirements 

• Must have no less than 40 Hours available 

• Learn All Material positions by the deadline set by the Supervisor 

• Schedule flexibility to support projects and training as needed. 

• Forklift experience  (Reach truck/ Seat Down Truck)

• Maintance Experiance

Physical Requirements: 

Lift, push, and bend up to 50 lbs.
