This is how you will grow:

• Lead materials testing, prototyping, and failure analysis.
• Support design engineering with material selection and process improvements.
• Develop test procedures, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, CAE, production, and quality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

• 5+ years of experience in materials testing and characterization.
• Expertise in material property evaluations, SEM, microhardness testing, and failure analysis.
• Knowledge of mechanical and environmental testing methods (DMA, DSC, TGA, FTIR, fatigue testing).
• BS in Materials/Metallurgical Engineering (MS/PhD preferred).
• Leadership experience is a plus.
