JOB PURPOSE
This role will oversee key areas including materials planning, scheduling, inventory control, cash flow management, and asset coordination. You will collaborate with suppliers, business unit managers, purchasing teams, production planners, IT, and other stakeholders to strategically coordinate the flow of materials and information from customer procurement to delivery. This position will also provide matrix management to support production planning, shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.

Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.
Work Location: Trace Aviation, Flowood, Mississippi

Potential Hazards: Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or materials management
Experience: 5 years of equivalent experience in scheduling and planning within a diverse repair or manufacturing environment.

Other: Other duties may be assigned in role to support other departments, personnel or projects.
