Materials Manager

Ensure the materials teams are knowledgeable about the elements of their respective customer's contract and comply with these elements. Collaborate with site and regional management to ensure financial objectives are met and demonstrate continuous improvement. Manage and direct the activities of all personnel engaged in Site Tactical Materials support, such as Purchasing, Scheduling, Shipping, and Inventory Control. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective execution of purchasing and scheduling, and world-class inventory control and shipping functions. Provide customer support to the sales group by representing materials in sales presentations and periodic customer meetings and interactions. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field is required. Seven (7) or more years of related experience is preferred; Five (5) or more years of equivalent industry experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Strong Google Workspace or MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
