Position Overview:

Counts, restocks, and delivers supplies and equipment using KAN BAN technology. Process daily billing charges and supply issues. Needs to have experience working with LAWSON INFOR SMART OFFICE, LAWSON RQC, EPIC Charge Entry, LINEN MASTER, RAD Technology, MSCM and ZEBRA Handhelds.

Job Description:

EDUCATION

• HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

• DL-California Drivers Class C
• May require forklift certification.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

• Previous experience in receiving and distribution of hospital supplies.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of basic math and alpha filing systems is required.
• Preferred: knowledge of hospital-based materials management information systems, shipping/receiving and distribution.
• May require a valid California Driver's license to drive to another facility to pick up product.
• May require forklift certification.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, timeliness, organization, prioritization, working with numbers.
• Ability to accurately count and restock supplies using electronic device.
• Ability to accurately use the materials / inventory and billing computerized systems.

Pay Range is $26.24 to $31.95 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
