Materials Supervisor

What You'll Do:

  Supervise all daily material handling, inventory, and shipping/receiving operations.

  Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.

  Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with documentation and carrier standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead a warehouse team by example-training, scheduling, and enforcing safety protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP data entry.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage forklift certification and training program.

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).

  
  


• 
  

  OSHA knowledge and forklift certification preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required; degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus.
