Compensation: $2,000 base salary/month + commission. Potential earnings upwards of $180,000/year. If commission is not earned, we pay Washington state minimum wage.

The Role

As a Retail Consultant, you'll be at the center of creating a world-class customer experience. From helping customers explore vehicle options and conducting test drives to guiding them through the purchase process, you'll serve as a trusted advisor every step of the way. • Deliver an exceptional vehicle shopping and purchasing experience.


• Build meaningful relationships with customers that drive loyalty and referrals.


• Showcase vehicle features through engaging demonstrations and test drives.


• Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism.


• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success.


• Become a trusted product expert and customer advocate.


• Represent the Knudtsen Mazda brand with integrity and outstanding service.
