MCA Loan Processor / Funder Liaison

We are a fast-growing merchant cash advance company working with a large network of direct lenders and funding partners. We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented MCA Loan Processor who will play a critical role in getting deals funded efficiently and correctly.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn the lender landscape, understand deal structuring, and become a key operational hub between sales, underwriting, and funders.

The MCA Loan Processor is responsible for routing deals to the correct lenders, managing lender communication, and ensuring files move smoothly from submission to funding. You will learn the strengths, preferences, and underwriting guidelines of multiple lenders and use that knowledge to maximize approvals and funding speed.

You are the person who makes sure deals actually fund.

Responsibilities

• Review completed MCA deal files for accuracy and completeness
• Learn lender guidelines, pricing models, and approval criteria
• Decide which lenders to submit deals to based on:
• Revenue
• Bank statements
• Existing MCA debt
• Industry and risk profile

• Submit deals to appropriate lenders and manage follow-ups
• Communicate directly with lenders to:
• Answer questions
• Provide additional documents
• Push files toward approval and funding

• Coordinate with sales and underwriting teams to resolve issues
• Track deal status from submission through funding
• Ensure contracts are signed, ACH forms completed, and conditions cleared
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and lender portals
• Flag problems early to prevent funding delays or fall-offs

Qualifications

• Experience in MCA processing, underwriting, or funding coordination preferred
• Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) MCA deal structures
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with lenders, underwriters, and sales reps
• Ability to manage multiple deals at different stages simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Familiarity with bank statements, daily payments, and holdbacks is a plus
• CRM experience preferred (but not required)
