MRD Apartments is looking for a General Property Manager. To oversee McClellan 1,2,3, Meade and Sheridan Apartments in Marshal, MI.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Assist tenants with any needs or concerns.


• Coordinate with Maintenance team repairs as well as keeping the property in top condition.


• Leasing expert in marketing vacant units, conduct tours, and help residents find a home.


• Budget manager overseeing finances and managing income and expenses.


• Ensure adherence to all regulations.

Skills needed:

• Prior property management experience is required.


• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.


• Property Management Software familiarity with systems like Yardi, or similar is a plus.


• A positive attitude is key.
