Position Summary:
As a MedProComplianceReportingID Team Lead, you will be a member of the MCR Customer Success group. The MCR Customer Success group is primarily responsible for ongoing support of our MCR customers. In addition, the Team Lead provides mentorship across the MCR Customer Success team through training initiatives and other leadership roles guiding the Aggregate Spend Specialists. This role will monitor and evaluate resourcing needs to ensure proper coverage. The role will directly support assigned MCR Customer Success groups (pods) regarding all aspects of their ongoing support of customers. The role also has responsibilities to support training, education, monitoring and tracking or client work and projects, and engaging with leadership regarding all these areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core Functions
- Learn and maintain expertise in the business and compliance requirements of Aggregate Spend
- Learn and maintain expertise in the MedPro ComplianceReportingID application
- Lead and execute ongoing processes for pod check-ins, account and data health checks for assigned MCR Success Teams and their customer accounts
- Assist in the organization and execution to manage ongoing tracking of aggregate spend report deadlines and return of customer deliverables on-time
- Coordinate and lead training initiatives that assist teammates to improve knowledge of aggregate spend concepts, the MCR platform, customer services skills, data management skills
- Participate in proactive and ad-hoc support meetings for customers including coverage for support pod members that are out of the office and not available
- Assist with new version software application testing and implementation coordination
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in customer implementation and support meetings in-person and virtually
- Provide functional and technical support internal team members and customers as needed
- Generate and analyze reports for proactive customer support efforts
- Assist customers through annual reporting seasons for successful completion
- Interface with other MedPro teams to resolve customer issues and inquiries
- Collaborate with other MedPro functions on system enhancements and bug fixes
- Work with customer data files, application screens, and system reports
- Analyze customer data, offer suggestions, and assist with correction and configuration changes as needed
- Configure customer environments to align with individual business needs
- Learn and utilize the SQL language to access the Aggregate Spend databases
- Analyze new customer accounts to determine technical resource allocation
- Monitor account support coverage by technical resources and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with the Aggregate Spend leadership to maintain technical resource optimization
- Participate in planning discussions regarding the implementation and support approach
Requirements
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in business, management, and/or compliance coursework
Job Qualifications
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
- Leadership experience
- Life Sciences industry experience regarding HCP and HCO data is preferred
Years’ Experience
- 5+ years of post-collegiate job experience
- Technology/Software Knowledge
- Experience with SQL and relational database concepts are nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly manipulating data using Excel

Primary Work Location
Flexible work location with the expectation of in-person attendance for critical meetings in our Mt. Arlington, NJ office
Physical Requirements
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
The individual is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen and extensive reading. The individual in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The individual must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
