Partner with the Vero sales team to provide technical guidance during early engagement with property developers, builders, and HOAs.
Assess feasibility for FTTH deployments across a variety of residential property types, including new construction and retrofits.
Support the development of solution proposals, including high-level design, budgetary pricing, and infrastructure requirements.
Participate in customer and developer meetings to explain proposed solutions and answer technical questions.
Developer Engagement & Design Consultation
Act as the technical liaison with real estate developers and property managers to understand build requirements, timelines, and utility access needs.
Collaborate with internal fiber engineering, ISP and OSP teams, as well as external contractors, to produce preliminary layouts, cost estimates, and scope of work documents tailored to each property.
Guide developers through conduit pathway standards, equipment placement, and in-building wiring best practices.
Network Architecture Alignment
Ensure proposed solutions align with overall network architecture, backhaul options, and Vero’s design standards for fiber infrastructure.
Recommend value engineering approaches that reduce construction cost and complexity without compromising quality or performance.
Identify long-term scalability options for serving additional units or phases of a development.
Sales Enablement & Project Handoff
Create and maintain technical collateral, playbooks, and documentation to support the sales process.
Track and report on pre-sales activity, developer commitments, and project pipeline metrics.
