Meat Cook

  Winvian Farm, in the beautiful Litchfield Hills of Connecticut, is seeking a self-motivated, environmentally conscious full-time meat cook. The ideal candidate will have strong meat cooking skills, including grilling and sautéing.

Farm to table! We work with many local farms and have a three-acre organic garden of our own, as well as three greenhouses which are in full production year-round. A great opportunity to learn food production from seed to table.

Full time position offers a great schedule, working alongside a professional team.

Two weeks paid vacation and generous benefits package.

Pay starting at $25.00/hour depending on experience.

Requirements

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for the culinary profession is required.

Proficiency in meat, pasta and vegetable cookery

Night and weekend hours are required.
