Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer preferences and company standards.
• Wrap and package meat products for display and sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist customers with their meat selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and cooking tips.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and rotated for freshness.
• Collaborate with team members to manage nightly and daily operations efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on all meat products to ensure the highest standards of freshness and safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a meat cutter or in a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate meat cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
