Job Description - Meat Cutter

About the Role:

Trenton Processing is seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. Join us in our mission to provide the highest quality meats to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications

Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products

Operate and maintain meat processing equipment

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Collaborate with the team to meet production goals

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role

Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and industry standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Excellent knife skills
