What You’ll Do as a Mechanic

In this role, you’ll work as a team to:

• Examine, identify and recommend and perform front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, and steering/suspension.
• Perform fluid exchanges and replace components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, and radiators.
• Ensure all repairs and services meet company standards and customer expectations.

We provide training and mentorship to enhance your technical expertise and help you achieve mastery in your field.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We’re seeking candidates with:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in automotive repair.
• A strong work ethic, energy, and integrity.
• The ability to examine, identify, and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure accurate repairs.
• Physical capability to lift 70 lbs. and perform tasks involving crouching, bending, and turning.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
