What You’ll Do

As a Mechanic, you’ll ensure our machines are set up correctly, running smoothly, and producing high-quality product. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and keep production flowing.

What you will do

• 
  

  Analyze and repair problems on machinery and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize various tools to repair equipment or build new products used in production.

  
  


• 
  

  Use cutting torch and welders.

  
  


• 
  

  Install and maintain equipment and machinery.

  
  


• 
  

  Clean and lubricate parts and machinery and perform preventative maintenance as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Use safety guidelines in operating all equipment in maintenance and in the plants.

  
  


• 
  

  Help to keep the maintenance shop area as clean as possible.

  
  


• 
  

  Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  
  

What You Bring

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Minimum of 1 year of previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required for consideration.


• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of equipment performance


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Forklift certification (or ability to maintain certification)
