Mechanic

We are currently seeking to hire a dependable and experienced Mechanic to join our team. The Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing company vehicles, landscaping equipment, snow removal equipment, and other machinery to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities may include:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles and equipment


• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, filters, brakes, and preventative maintenance


• Repair and maintain trailers, landscaping equipment, snow removal equipment, and small engines


• Inspect equipment and identify necessary repairs before breakdowns occur


• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems


• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed


• Keep the shop and work areas clean, organized, and safe


• Ensure equipment is ready and operational for landscaping and snow removal operations


• Perform other maintenance and repair duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a mechanic or equipment technician preferred


• Knowledge of automotive, diesel, small-engine, and/or heavy-equipment repair


• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems


• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently


• Professional attitude and appearance


• Valid driver's license preferred


• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

Benefits:

• Full time


• Pay Rate $25.00/hr


• Hours: 40hrs/week 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday
