Mechanic - Non Certified

The lube technician is responsible for providing quality service and premium vehicle maintenance in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Change oil and oil filters.
• Perform Brake repair and some hydraulic 
• Offer thoughtful, honest recommendations to customers on basic services.
• Move and operate customer vehicles into and out of service bays.
• Maintain positive customer/co-worker relationships.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Act in a professional manner projecting trust, honesty, and respect.

Position Requirements:

• Experience preferred  Pay based on experience.
• A self-starter personality with a positive attitude and team-focused.
• Superior communication skills emphasizing INTEGRITY first.
• Desire to build long-term trust with our customers.
• Desire to get your hands dirty and learn all positions.
• Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work Saturdays / 48-50 hours per week (which includes overtime and commission compensation).
