Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Pay: $18/hr
Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Pryor, OK

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Pryor. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies to produce high-quality mechanical components. Candidates must complete a tape measure and mechanical assessment prior to consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, part lists, and gathering necessary tools and materials.

· Assemble metal components, subassemblies, products, or systems according to work orders and production drawings.

· Assemble fabricated parts into large or heavy subassemblies and complete units.

· Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to ensure correct assembly procedures.

· Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fasten, press, drill, hammer, and shape components to meet required specifications.

· Perform on-line testing and inspection using measuring instruments to verify assemblies meet production standards.

· Calibrate and test components to ensure compliance with specifications.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.

· Proficiency with measuring and math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

· Must be physically capable of frequently lifting/moving up to 50 lbs and occasionally more than 50 lbs.

· Must possess or be able to obtain basic hand tools required for the role.

· Prior experience in mechanical assembly is preferred.
