Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:00am–3:30pm
Pay Range: $18.00-20.00 per hour based on experience

Position Summary:
The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical and electromechanical products and components in accordance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, work instructions, and MCL quality standards. This position utilizes a variety of hand tools, power tools, assembly equipment, measuring devices, and material-handling equipment to complete assigned work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
As part of a contract manufacturing environment, the Mechanical Assembler must be flexible and willing to learn multiple products, processes, and customer requirements. This position is expected to contribute to achieving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals while supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation.
